Automatic vertical round bottle self-adhesive labeling machine

The automatic double-side labeling machine is used for the adhesive sticker labeling on both sides of square/ flat/ round bottles or bottles some part of which is irregular at the same time, and the transparent labels or non-transparent labels can also be used (If it is used for the double-side labeling for round bottles, the covering area of a piece of label can not be more than 1/4 of the circular area). Its labeling accuracy is high, there are no wrinkles, bubbles or deflection caused by the manual labeling, and the productivity is ten times of common manual labeling.

Features:

1. With powerful functions, by one machine, the single/ double-side labeling of four kinds of objects can be achieved (round bottle, flat bottle, square bottle and irregular bottle).

2. The firm plastic-rubber synchronous guiding chains are adopted on both sides, which ensures the bottles’ centering, the
requirement to manual bottle feeding and the bottle collecting in the production line is low, so the manual operation and the cooperative difficulty between machines are reduced greatly. The machine can be used independently, or be connected in the production line.

3. With the elastic pressing device, the objects can be transported smoothly, and the error of bottle heights can
be got rid of effectively.

4. With the automatic bottle separating device, before the guiding, the bottles are separated automatically, which ensures the stable for the next bottle guiding, transporting and labeling.

5. There are two label pressing & smoothing devices, the first is used to ensure the labeling accuracy, and the second can get rid of bubbles effectively and ensures that the label’s head and end is pasted well.

6. With the intelligent control and the automatic optical-electric tracing, there will be no labeling when there is no object. And with the functions of automatic label correcting when there is no label and the automatic label checking, the labels wasting or missing can be avoided.

7. The machine is mainly made with stainless steel or excellent aluminum alloy, which meet the GMP regulation, and its structure is firm, beautiful and generous.

8. There are functions of on-line speed adjusting, marks displaying of regulating device, counting, automatic machine stopping when the set quantity is got and the technical parameters saving, etc., and it’s convenient to operat.
