KNF High Speed Tube Filling And Sealing Machine

KNF automatic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine is suitable for filling all kinds of pasty and viscous fluid and the materials
alike, into plastic and laminated tubes and then internally heating tubes, sealing and printing lot number or production date. It is used in the industries of pharmaceutics, foodstuffs, cosmetic and daily chemicals.
With touch screen and PLC control system employed, convenient, visualized and reliable non-touch operation of the machine is effected of compact design and auto tube feed. Driving part is fully-closed. Full steps of tube feeding, marking identification, filling, hot air sealing, code printing, trimming and ejecting out the tube are conducted by automatic system. Tube feeding is conducted pneumatically, accurately and reliably.

KP150 tube filling and sealing machine is used to fill, seal and code the plastic tube and soft tube.
It can be used to fill cream, liquid and gel, such as toothpaste, ointment, cosmetic cream, glue, and so on. The machine can trim the tail of tube beautifully.
