Main Features：

1.The machine is suitbale for liquid filling &plugging on glass or plastic syringes,can custom made for other type of syringe.
2.Filling throgh 6 nozzles sumultaneously, filling nozzle sealing contains buffering device to prevent leakage.
3.Plugging by either cam and mainpulator for accrate positioning and durabiliy.
4. All contact parts are made of SUS316L, stainless steel and mdecical-grade silicon.

Introduction for Procedure

The whole syringe would be input from the left window---enter buffer area—open packing paper—filling gel----move the whole box of
syringe into vacuum cabinet and lock it -----vacuum press rubber cover---finished product come out from right exist.

1.After input the pin box, control by X-Y Axis Platform, two head fill at the same time

2.Filling volume would be controlled by servo motor and touch screen, high filling accuracy and easy to change different spec product,if you want to adjust filling range, just set on the touch screen(because of environmental difference, filling in summer and winter, liquid may have 0.1~0.3% change, just make change on the touch screen, no need any other tool).
3.Vacuum press rubber cover can avoid micro-particle generate. After close the vacuum cabient door,vacummized then press rubber cover.
4. Check photo on the left, the rubber will be enter into the syringe together (already fill the product)

After get it out, pins on the right will screw the rubber cover together.
Vaccum degree can be adjsuted accoridng to different filling volume, digital display.(you can add n2 protection if needed. Then vacuumized—add N2—vacuumized—add N2, press rubber cover)
