Product Description

Automatic vertical round bottle self-adhesive labeling machine

The machine is made of anticorrosive stainless steel with convenient cleaning and disinfection, meeting national regulations and requirements for food machinery and food sanitation.

The machine adopts imported optical fiber infrared sensor, which provides accurate position control. It adopts imported PLC and 7" touch screen human-machine interface with parameterized production control and simple operation.
It is equipped with height adjusting handwheel, which makes it convenient to adjust the height of the labeling head to meet the needs of products of different diameters.
It adopts automatic bottle feeding hopper without the need of manually putting the bottles one by one, realizing simple and quick operation.

Features:

1. Suitable for round bottle labeling in pharmaceutical, food, daily chemical and other industries, can be affixed with full
circumference labeling and half circumference labeling.

2. Optional automatic turntable bottle unstacking machine, can be directly connected to the front production line, automatic bottle feeding into the labeling machine, increase efficiency.

3. Optional ribbon marking and labeling machine, which can print production date and batch number online, reduce bottle packaging process, improve production efficiency.

Scope of application：

Apply the label：Self-adhesive label, dry film, electronic supervision code, bar code, etc.

Applicable to the product：Products requiring a label or film attached to a circumferential surface.

3. The seller prepares the machines.
4. After the machine is completed, have the test & trial run.
5. Before the delivery, if the buyer requires, have the necessary inspecting.
6. As per the contract/ PI amount, the buyer balances the payment.
7. The machine is going to be shipped.
8. After the machine is received, the seller provide the buyer guidance for the installation and the debugging.
