PCQ450 extracting & separating machine

Brief Introduction:

PCQ series of centrifugal separator is specially applied for the plants extracting, and there are advantages of beautiful
appearance, closed structure, explosive-proof and excellent performance.With the flat-bottom basket, the working volume is big, the cleanness is high, there is no contamination, and it is easy to operate.

Working principle：

After crushed plants are putt into the filtering bag, they are put into the machine together. Fill alcohol, until raw materials
are immersed. Have the double-direction rotating, so those effective compositions in plants can be extracted fully.

After the extracting, open the bottom valve, and the liquid flows out of the machine. Have the high-speed rotating for remained solids, so the solid can be as dry as possible. Then, have the further treatment for the alcohol.

Structure:

1. All contact parts (Including the main shaft and the basket bottom) are made of SUS304, there is the sanitary treatment for exposed parts, and there is no dead cleaning corners.

2. For the inlet/ outlet, the quick connector (sanitary grade) is used.
3. All seals are made of PTFE or fluoro-rubber, and the main shaft is water/ oil sealed by the double-layer fluororubber.
4. Ex-plosive motor: 3P, 220V (Or single phase, 220V)
5. PLC & touch screen: Siemens
6. Control cabinet: Variable frequency
7. There is a layer of cooling jacket for the machine, and there are four lifting rings on the machine base, by which it is
convenient to lift the machine.

9. Two pieces of 600mesh filtering bags are included for one machine.
